Using Behavioral Analysis Plug-In with Python API

Postby mariebeis » Thu Sep 20, 2018 7:09 am

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to use the Behavioral Analysis Plug-In when I am working in Python with the Mango Python API? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards,
Marie

Sorry for the very late reply. Yes, some plugins are scriptable and the Behavior Analysis plugin is one of them. Unfortunately, I don't have it well-documented, but it works something like this:

Code: Select all
j_Object_result = m_VolMan_manager.runPlugin("Disease Analysis",["3","1"])

The second parameter (list of indices) set the options. Let me know if you're still around and I can provide more help with this.

Hello,

I am trying to achieve the same integration with Python API. Could you possibly elaborate or refer me to docs?

The above code example is essentially how it works. The index parameters refer to the option boxes in the GUI. Let me know if I doesn't work for you and I can try to provide more info.
