Resources

We are a research resource, with an open-door policy of collaboration. Access to our facilities and expertise is available to projects that span departments and institutions.


Facilities & Equipment

We have a wide array of scanning equipment, stimulus presentation options, and workshops. Our scanners have different modalities and bore sizes. Stimuli include TMS. Workshops include Radiochemistry Lab.


Research Software

We develop software to support data analysis, from Mango for image analysis, to Talairach Client for anatomical labels, to the BrainMap tools for meta-analysis, Scribe, Sleuth & GingerALE. All are available for free download.


Schedule a scan with iLab

iLab is a web application that the RII has adopted to manage the process of requesting and billing specialized scientific services, instruments, equipment, supplies, technologies, and technical expertise.


Research Data Archive

All MRI and PET image data, raw and processed, is maintained in our active Research Data Archive. Investigators are given direct access via our XNAT server which allows for research data to be locally downloaded.
